Aliikai is a classic 40 m wooden yacht extensively refitted with a relaxed, contemporary design that layers glass, natural hues and Indonesian touches. She sleeps up to 14 guests across 7 cabins spread over three decks — the upper-deck Kei Owner's Cabin, the main-deck Fam Owner's Cabin (with its own private outdoor dining terrace), the upper-deck ocean-view Koon and Savu cabins, and the lower-deck Asmat, Dayak (porthole cabin) and Abui cabins. The main deck holds the air-conditioned indoor lounge and dining, a bar and open kitchen, a camera room, a private outdoor dining terrace with sunbed area, and a dedicated dive deck with after-dive shower. The upper deck adds the captain's bridge and a private lounge with terrace, and the rooftop sundeck is the yacht's best sunset spot. Cabins, bathrooms and common areas are stocked with cabin linens, beach and shower towels, natural handmade soap, reef-friendly sunscreen, aloe vera after-sun and mosquito spray, individual aluminium tumblers, first-aid kits and Starlink internet (subject to area coverage).

Onboard chef prepares a mix of international and Indonesian cuisine — breakfast options span tropical fruit platters and freshly squeezed juices, freshly baked bread and viennoiserie, continental (pancakes, crepes, muesli), American (eggs any style, bacon or chicken sausage, eggs Benedict) and Indonesian (nasi goreng, mie goreng). Lunch and dinner rotate through fish carpaccio, tuna tartare, Greek and Vietnamese salads, tom yum, pumpkin and fish soups, and mains including fish of the day, mahi-mahi ala Jimbaran, ayam betutu, ayam taliwang, beef rendang, seafood marinara, Chinese black pepper beef and grilled sea bass with orange sauce, finishing with chocolate fondant, tiramisu, avocado mousse, key lime pie or crème caramel.
Menu highlights: Indonesian signatures — nasi goreng, mie goreng, ayam betutu, ayam taliwang, mahi-mahi ala Jimbaran, beef rendang, fish steamed in banana leaf; European and Asian staples alongside. Special dietary requirements should be flagged at least one month before departure.
Included: infused water, a wide selection of Asian teas, herbal infusions and fresh coffee, plus a freshly squeezed juice menu (apple, orange, pineapple, mango) and pressed blends (Healthy Glow, Detox Green, Energy Boost, Heart Health, Hydration) and turmeric / ginger / beetroot wellness shots. Alcoholic drinks are billed on top: house wines by the glass or bottle, an international red / white / rosé list, a champagne selection (Domaine Bauchet, Taittinger, Moët & Chandon), classic and special cocktails at IDR 180k each (Negroni, Dry Martini, Moscow Mule, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Piña Colada, Whiskey Sour, Boulevardier, Margarita, Coconut Rum Punch, Coco Loco and more), a full spirits list (Bombay Sapphire, Hendrick's, Belvedere, Chivas, Johnny Walker Black, Bacardi) and beer (Bintang, San Miguel, Heineken). Corkage fees apply if guests bring their own bottles: IDR 175k / wine, IDR 275k / spirits. Onboard payment accepted in cash (IDR only) or by credit card.
