Labuan Bajo Yacht Charter

Labuan Bajo on Flores is the starting and finishing point for nearly every Komodo yacht charter.

Direct answer

Why Labuan Bajo?

Quick answer
Labuan Bajo (LBJ) is the only practical embarkation point for Komodo National Park. It has a small international-standard airport with 1-hour flights from Bali, a working port and the full logistics chain — fuel, provisions, dive operators — that yachts need.
Getting there

Airport and arrival

  • Airport code: LBJ (Komodo Airport).
  • From Bali (DPS): ~1h flight, multiple daily.
  • From Jakarta (CGK): ~2.5h direct flights.
  • Transfer to yacht: 15–25 minutes to the harbour, usually included.
