Daily breakfast set-up includes multigrain / brown / gluten-free breads, house-made pastries (croissant, chocolate bread, pain au raisin), jams, chia pudding, granola, yoghurts and a full à la carte (Eggs Royale, truffled scrambled eggs, French omelette, English breakfast, smashed avocado, waffles, nasi goreng). Strong vegetarian and vegan menu (raw hummus, guacamole, veggie curry, pumpkin risotto, super platter, corn cakes) available throughout.
Menu highlights: 7-day sample menu rotating starters, mains and desserts (pomelo salad & sate lilit, ceviche & tuna cajun, tabbouleh & chicken kebab, watermelon salad & seafood linguine, grilled BBQ langouste/lamb night, nasi tumpeng family-style closing dinner). All non-alcoholic drinks are included — signature mocktails (Island Peach Sparkle, Blueberry Bliss, Scarlet Garden, Peach Tonic, Green Cooler), cold-pressed juices (Beet Boost, Green Revive, Oasis Harmony, Tropical Bliss), smoothies (Wild Fusion, Green Dynamo, Protein Boost), power shots (lime / turmeric / ginger), milkshakes and espresso shakes, hot or iced coffee specialties (espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, flat white, latte, matcha, affogato — with almond / oat / soy milk), a full tea and homemade infusion selection (Ginger Lemongrass Tisane, Spiced Citrus), soft drinks and still or sparkling mineral water. A separate onboard cocktail list and a curated wine list (available on request) cover alcoholic beverages, which are billed separately.
