Mischief operates private charters through Komodo National Park with a dedicated nine-person crew led by Captain Nasrul "Nash" Juje, a Bajo captain with over 20 years navigating Komodo, Sumbawa and Bali, and Cruise Director David Duran Royo (PADI Master Instructor, SSI Scuba Instructor) who oversees the dive and trip programme. Chief Officer Irsan and Tender Boat operator Alfonsius "Sandro" Radu handle safe transfers and dive drops; Chief Engineer Yori Maitimu and Second Engineer Suriyadi keep the vessel running; Housekeeping is looked after by Vinsensius Sutrian; and the galley is led by Chef Muhamad "Takim" Mustakim with bartender Adi Usman on the cocktail programme. Onboard cuisine is à-la-carte and rotates a mix of Indonesian and Western dishes — Javanese, Balinese and Manado classics such as sayur lodeh, tuna sambal matah, gado gado, chicken satay, gulai ikan and rendang, alongside Western options like carbonara, pasta bolognese, steak with potato wedges, seafood nights, pannacotta and freshly baked pastries at breakfast.
